Official Rules and Terms for the $100 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
This Giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, subject to the additional conditions specified herein. Employees, officers, and directors of OFN Media Network LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), as well as individuals living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants whose eligibility is predicated upon the satisfaction of any condition in these rules or otherwise predicated upon compliance with entry procedures shall, by virtue of such compliance, be automatically deemed ineligible.
3. ENTRY PERIOD:
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM EST on 10/20/2024 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on 10/27/2024 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, eligible participants must provide their valid email address through the designated form on Facebook. All required fields must be completed to enter the Giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Automated or robotic systems to enter are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
5. PRIZE:
One (1) prize of a $100 Amazon gift card will be awarded to the winner. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitution of the prize is allowed, except by OFN Media Network LLC in its sole discretion. OFN Media Network LLC reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any portion thereof) for a prize of equal or lesser value if necessary.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email within 30 business days following the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 30 days, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of OFN Media Network LLC, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The potential winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and other applicable documentation as required by OFN Media Network LLC before being declared an official winner.
8. DISQUALIFICATION:
[Your Company] reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by an entrant to damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Any entrant who has completed the required entry steps, including but not limited to submission of email address, or whose entry is otherwise valid under these rules, will ipso facto be considered to have violated entry requirements, thereby disqualifying themselves from winning.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless OFN Media Network LLC, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from or relating to their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including but not limited to any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or delivery of goods.
10. PUBLICITY:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to OFN Media Network LLC and its agents' use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
11. PRIVACY:
Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with OFN Media Network LLC’s privacy policy, which can be found at Facebook. By entering the Giveaway, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and as otherwise outlined in the privacy policy.
12. GENERAL:
If the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway is compromised due to fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of OFN Media Network LLC, OFN Media Network LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway without prior notice.
13. GOVERNING LAW:
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
